ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
All content including but not limited to all information, documentation, graphic art, design ideas, proprietary information, presentation layout, services, products, and all downloadable content and software (collectively "Content") that HeliValue$, Inc. and its world wide web site, helivalues.com, provides are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU").
HeliValue$, Inc. reserves the right to update the TOU and the Content in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the TOU and its subsidiary information can be reviewed by clicking on the "Legal", "Privacy Policy", Important Info", "Copyright", and/or "Information" hypertext link and or button located on the web pages at the world wide web site, HeliValues.com.
All actions including but not limited and related to the viewing, reading, maintaining, bookmarking, use, and or utilization of any aspect of the "Content" of HeliValue$, Inc., and its world wide web site, helivalues.com, constitutes agreement of all Terms of Use.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
HeliValue$, Inc. and its world wide web site, HeliValues.com, provides access to a variety of resources and Content, including but not limited to the Official Helicopter Blue Book®, H.E.L.P.®, helicopter technical specifications, hourly maintenance costs, component lists prices and overhaul costs, service life limits for major drivetrain components, marketing and communication updates, and product and service information (collectively "Services and Products"). The Services and Products, including any updates, revisions, enhancements, new features, and or the addition of any new material, concepts, and/or design concepts and materials are subject to the TOU.
USER / PATRON POLICY
When communicating with any HeliValue$, Inc., representative and/or using the services and/or products on our site please conduct yourself in a manner that fosters goodwill and respectful consideration for yourself, others, the Content, and all HeliValue$, Inc., representatives.
We reserve the right to exercise, without limitation, the ability to monitor, block, intercede, edit, and/or ignore communication or commentary that is inconsistent with the sensibilities and standards of mutual respect and consideration and/or to protect proprietary information. Any action taken will only be done where necessary and appropriate to maintain site security, an atmosphere of interactive decorum that HeliValue$, Inc. and its world wide web site, helivalues.com, requires to provide outstanding service, goods, and satisfaction.
CHANGES, ADDITIONS, AND DELETIONS POLICY
HeliValue$, Inc. may change the Content on the world wide web site, HeliValues.com, add, remove, and/or modify any terms or conditions of use of such Content, or remove or discontinue such Content completely, at any time, and without prior notice.
If HeliValue$, Inc. makes any such changes, the revised Content will be placed on the web site with a revised publication date but no other notice implied, statutory, and or assumed will be provided. Helivalue$, Inc. recommends the periodic review of all Content, Services, and Products, online policies and similar documents to remain informed and up-to-date on areas relevant to your situation.

No Content, Services, Products, or related HeliValue$, Inc. information may be modified, altered, substituted, deleted, changed, copied, shared, distributed, transmitted in any form, displayed, performed, reproduced, published, licensed, or recreated as a derivative work, transferred, or sold without exception, unless prior written permission has been obtained from Helivalues, Inc. Use of the HeliValue$, Inc. order form(s) or other interactive pages are included as part of this limitation and may only be used as directed.
Subscribers may download or print a copy of any and all visual material on the site for personal, non-commercial use provided there is no action or intention to share with unauthorized third parties, persons, organizations, and/or entities.
Any software or documents which are made available to download from the world wide web site, helivalues.com, ("Downloads") are the copyrighted work of HeliValue$, Inc. and/or its suppliers. Use of the Downloads is governed by the TOU. The Downloads are made available for download solely for use by authorized user according to the TOU. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Downloads not in accordance with the TOU is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
SUITABILITY OF CONTENT AND INFORMATION
HeliValue$, Inc. and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the Content, Services, and Products and related graphics or information published for any purpose. All such Content, Services, Products, and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Helivalue$ and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this Content, Services, and Products, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied, statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In no event shall Helivalue$, Inc. and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Content, Services, and Products or failure to provide services or information available helivalues.com.
The Content, Services, and Products published by helivalues.com could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
For any Content, Services, and Products requiring you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration process or form. You will be prompted to choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

HeliValue$, Inc. will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by HeliValue$, Inc. or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time without the permission of the account holder.
HeliValue$, Inc. will use a variety of software and hardware applications and protocols to monitor all activity of its website properties. HeliValue$, Inc. reserves the right to effectively close, restrict, and/or deny access temporarily and/or permenantly to an account due to unauthorized use and/or activity. HeliValue$, Inc. is not liable for any action taken to protect its interests, proprietary information, account security, and/or site functionality. Use of any HeliValue$, Inc. web property is at their discretion.
As a condition of your use of the Content, Services, and Products, you will not use the Content, Services, and Products for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Content, Services, and Products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, and/or restrict operation of any HeliValue$, Inc. web property, server, or related and/or subsidiary network(s) connected to any HeliValue$, Inc. web properties server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Content, Services and Products.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Content, Services, and Products, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any HeliValue$, Inc. server through hacking, password mining, or any other means which is unauthorized or prohibited under the TOU. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any Content, Services, and Products through any means not intentionally made available through the Content, Services, and Products and applicable TOU areas of information.
MATERIALS PROVIDED TO HELIVALUE$, INC. AND HELIVALUES.COM
HeliValue$, Inc. does not claim ownership of the materials you provide or post to HeliValue$, Inc. and/or helivalues.com (including feedback and suggestions). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting materials, you grant HeliValue$, Inc., its affiliated companies, and necessary licensees permission to use your submission in connection with the operation of their businesses (including, without limitation, all helivalues.com's Content, Services and Products), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display and perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your submission; to publish your name in connection with your submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any third party in the operation of their business.
No compensation will be paid for the use of your submission as provided herein. HeliValue$, Inc. is under no obligation to post or use any submission you may provide and HeliValue$, Inc. may remove any submission at any time in its sole discretion.
By posting a submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission as described in these TOU including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the submissions.
In addition to the warranty and representation set forth above, by posting a submission that contain images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part ("Images"), you warrant and represent that you are the copyright owner of such Images or have been granted permission to use such Images consistent with the manner and purpose of your use and as otherwise permitted by the TOU, and you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these Terms of Use, and that each person depicted in such Images, if any, has provided consent to the use of the Images as set forth in these Terms of Use, including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, the distribution, public display, and reproduction of such Images.
The licenses granted in the preceding sentences for any Images will terminate at the time you request removal of Images from HeliValue$, Inc. and/or helivalues.com, provided that, such termination shall not affect any licenses granted in connection with such Images prior to the time you request removal of such Images. No compensation will be paid with respect to any accepted use of your Images under the TOU.
By posting Images, you are granting to HeliValue$, Inc. permission to use your Images as permitted by these Terms of Use, of any of the Content, Services and Products, (including, by way of example, and not as a limitation, making prints and gift items which include such Images), and including, without limitation, a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display and perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Images without having your name attached to such Images, and the right to sublicense such rights to any third party in the operation and performance of HeliValue$, Inc.

APPLICATION OF LAW
This site originates from the state of Illinois and therefore all legal activity regarding the Content, Services, and Products, policies, practices, terms and conditions set forth on the world wide web site, helivalues.com, shall be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state of Illinois, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law where prejudice toward the TOU will be favored.
If any part of these policies, terms, and conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions.
